India suspends the exchange of all mail from Pakistan by means of air and surface area routes and bans the immediate and oblique import of goods from its neighbor. In addition it bars Pakistani-flagged ships from moving into its ports and prohibits Indian-flagged vessels from viewing Pakistani ports
